'96 Power Windows

The power windows quit working on my '96 F-150 today all at once. If the doors are unlocked and you hit the lock button they will lock fine and pull the plungers down fine but if the doors are locked and you hit the button the plungers won't come back up. Once in a while you will hear a clicking sound but the majority of the time you wont hear anything. What do you guys recommend checking? I thought it was weird that it locks but just wont unlock...

Thanks
Ryan

Your power windows and the power locks both are messing up?

My haynes manual shows 2 relays. One for lock & one for unlock.
Are they located in the door or somewhere under the dash? Book doesn't specify this.
