That's something I've been wondering about for about a year. There are 4 basic types, the slotted, drilled, drilled & slotted, and the diamond cut. I read a recent infomercial in OffRoad Adventures that drilling may weaken the rotor where as slotting doesn't. But the question I'm wondering is does it make enough difference for the money.
