Hello to everyone. I found this site by pure LUCK! And I have found a lot of useful info. Thanks! My question is concerning the exterior panels on my 04 expedition they are fading like crazy, is there a TSB for this? I read that other expy owners were having the same problem but I’m hoping any help I give my dealership the better. Also my driver door rattles like it’s about to come off, I checked the door when I’m parked and it seems sturdy enough any ideas?
My cladding panels were replaced under warranty for the same reason. If you search the forum you will find out everything you need.

Just take it to your dealer. It is a known factory "defect". I just had mine replaced, no questions asked.
Some folks, however, are not getting them replaced under warranty. Especially if they live in those "non-sunny all the time" places.
