I just had the winshield replaced on my 99 explorer. 4 days after it was done I went to use the washer and the driver side is working a little and the passenger side not at all. It happened when the winshield shop replaced the winsheid. I know the hose is off but I can't figure out how to get to the washer. It's under a grill that doesn't have screws to take it out. I don't want to force it in fear of breaking it. Just wondering if anyone knew the trick. I don't have the time to bring it back to the place that changed the winshield
