first maybe try changing the tires around put the tire where the problem is on the rear to see if it makes a difference. If its still bumpin then maybe you do have a bearing problem. You will have to pull it apart to get to the bearings.
pull the tire off pull the caliper off take off the hub and unscrew the big nut in the centre of the axel excetera excetera excetera a hanes shop manual will help you a lot

If this is a sealed unit wheel bearing/hub like my 97 AWD, then you'll need to jack up the truck and have someone grasp the tire and try to rock it back/forth; you would be able to see some play as the wheel bearing/hub spearates from the spindle. Also, once you get the rotor off you may see grease all over the wheel bearing/hub. Good luck.
