Stuck Glow Plug
Checked my glow plugs on my '91 E350 today...found two that were bad, one came out fine...the other unscrewed but won't come out...tried using some vise grips but just pulled the top off...screwed it back in....now what? Can I bypass that plug in the wiring?....any suggestions are appreciated...yes I know that it my mean puling the head...

Well I never had to try it but i heard that if you unscrew the plug as much as possable you may be able to use the compression of the engine to pop the plug out. you will need to put a blanket over it to try to keep it from flying out and hitting something but it may work.
