I've got a 1992 F-150, 302 with 122,000 miles [like new cond.] Replaced alot of parts this year due to a little rought running and I had the cash and the fact that I don't like walking. So lets start with what I did replace..
MAP sensor, EGR Valve,EVP sensor,TPS sensor,IAC valve,ECT sensor,
Oxygen sensor,cleaned throttle body,[and replaced the broken throttle body to intake gasket] BINGO - THATS WHAT IT WAS and thanks to this site and all the great help from you guys; problem solved. Oh back to my list new starter, alternator,fuel press. reg,ign.coil,fuel pump[front tank],fuel filter,exhust system,driver side window motor,new battery,dist.cap,rotor,wires and plugs.
DONE, Your right it should be just like new even better after all these parts and all that money. You gussed it, IT goes right thru MV inspection,it runs like a new one for 5 months.
Now my problem It starts up cold with a bumpy idle but runs down the road sweet as new. Now make a stop and park on a slight incline to the rear and go into a store come out [4-5mins] it won't start. When you try its like its flooded try a couple times leave it set,try inbout 10 mins starts right up.Park it on level spot no problems. Its getting so its happing alot more,checked the code's its has 2 - #32&#33 EVP,EGR and I don't buy it.Any ideas or comments will be welcomed. Thanks Jules

 

where did you get your evp sensor? i tried several from the parts stores that worked for a short while and eventually had to get one from ford to fix my problem. also you might look at the egr solenoid.
