intake manifold

Is the 351c Torker manifold from Edelbrock (3000 to 7000rpm) will be ok for this cam?

050 dur. - lift - adv.dur. - lobe
264/264 - .663/.663 - 308/308 - 110

Any suggestions?

THANKS

That is a good manifold for that cam in a 351C-4V in a light competition vehicle.

In a heavy street vehicle, the manifold and cam will give up too much low end torque. You will need a very high stall converter, if auto.

You should be able to use a TCI Street Fighter, 3400 to 3800 stall.

Do you know where I can buy this?
I want to make sure I get the right stall torque converter. Should I go for a little higher?
I have the FMX auto tranny.

Thanks a lot danlee

You can get TCI torque converters from PAW (818-678-3000) or Summit Racing (800-230-3030), probably JEGs (800-345-4545) as well. I would research it a little before ordering. Do a search on TCI and find a Tech support number, maybe they can give you some suggestions. You can also call Summit Racing Tech support, but I would try TCI first.

Bad News! TCI(www.tciauto.com) makes a Super Street Fighter, but not for a FMX tranny. Your best bet is to call TCI (1-662-224-8972). That is not a tech support #, but maybe you can get some advice.

I only have a cell phone, a long distance call cost me way too much money. I'll go to my mama's place and use her phone.

Aaah mama, you're always there to help me.
