PSD in a BroncoII

3broncocrazy, Old87, Evilbeast, GrayRanger4x4, anyone else......

Ok gang have we figured out how to stuff a 7.3 PSD into an early BroncoII?

Suspension ideas? Frame updates? Tranny? Auto or Manual hubs? most important PBR holder and BBQ smoker

Come on we can do better than Ford's designers, the new proto Bronco needs some good ole boy design work and redneck engineering.

John, Whatca got in your coffee this morning.......i want some

We could do it. Stretch the hood, put it on a f/s rig frame, have enough room off the back to add a porch for the bbq'er and inverter for the frig

Well there's some arabaca, mocha, colombian something or other and a tylenol #3 w/ codeine for the the muscle strain and ligament tear in my shoulder

Should we send this plan off to Discovery Channel for the monster garage?

Nah... Why Moster garage?? Im shure we can do it!!

Start by building a strong custom ladder style frame to house the suspension and PSD. Make it easy and use a auto transmission. Gear box for the 4wheel im unshure of (not much of a 4X4 builder), hydraulic steering for the front (only uses hoses and pump, so no linkages are nessecary). Narrowed rear out of a 250 should work, along with the springs/hangers, channel the Bronc II body all around that and that should work so far. Now you guys add from here.....

Later!

Howzabout a full size or f-150?
Also, that new "bronco" needs a visit from an A-10!!

Matt why a BroncoII? For that very reason..so people will say to themselves "why".

There's lot's of dis-cussin up in the diesel forums about Ford putting a small diesel in the F-150 and Expedition/Explorer in 2005/2006. This way it'll be one of a kind hehe

We could just use a F250 frame with the PS and we could have a BIGGER back porch ,

Here we go- a Pratt and Whitney J236 fan ducted engine on top of a full size Bronco.
Cold beer up front and a sure enough flame kist out back.
She may be top heavy but nothing in desert country will out run her.
The xtra space will allow for more souls crazy enough to do this.
A 500 m.p.h. smoker/cooler keg toting Bronco- pretty damn cool.
I already see myself dropping the tongs..
" Hey John, we need to back-- nevermind, that was 100 miles ago....""

Ok I've re-thought my PSD ina BroncoII plan. How 'bout an f-550 with a box, for......
Smoker
Keg
Hottub
Sofa
52" plasma tv
Sattelite system
Surround Sound
P/S 2 or Xbox or both
5kw generator

Must have sunroof, be 4wd, falling sides for sunbathing decks, one heck of an ac unit, slide out platform on rear for the smoker, keg taps all around and finally 2500 watts of MUSIC.

Hows that
John
