Wipers do not Stop

I have a 93 Ford 7.3 non turbo. Problem: When I turn on the windsheild wipers, it only has two speeds, fast and slow and 80% of the time, they will not stop until I turn the Ignition switch to off. Where could I start to locate the problem.

Theres a plastic cover on the right side of the wiper motor. Behind that there are connectors that tend to get smeared with dirt. Make sure they are making good contact. That fixed the wiper problem on our 93.
