HELP no turn signals!

Question HELP no turn signals!
Had my 2000 Expedition valeted this week and when I picked it up the turn signals would not work - the steering column also seemed to have been tilted. The hazards do work. Do I have to take the car to Ford to be fixed? or is there something I can try myself?

I would check the fuse first.
