Ford TFI Module Class Action Settlement

Ok, Am I dumb, or just not hear of things. I got a mailing today, a Reimbursement Claim Form from Ford TFI Module Admin Center. Says
To: Persons who have purchased or leased a 1983-1995 Model Year Ford, Lincoln, or Mercury Vechile with a DISTRIBUTOR-MOUNTED THICK FILM IGNITION MODULE.
It has a list of about 75 cars that the settlement is on. It says that ford is going to reimburse the cost of repairing this. It says the TFI-IV Module had an inordinately high propensity for failure due to overheating. The TFI-IV Module fails frequently while hot and then recover after it cools.
Ford says in this letter, that owners of a class vechile will recieve an extention of new vechile warranty. If the replacment occured before 100,000 miles, will be given FULL reimbursement for costs of repair.
Full information can be seen at http://www.tfisettlement.com.
I dont know if I am just dumb, but I have not heard of this before. And it came in the mail to my 1988 Aerostars registered name and address. Has anyone else got one of these?
Thanks
