How much is it worth?
146k miles on it, no compression loss. RUNS excelent. not good. excelent!

It's very hard to say. kbb.com or nada.com will give you low numbers. Try going to www.autotrader.com and do a search for trucks similar to yours in your area (do the Advanced search to be able to specify engine and transmission.)

I can buy a mustang HO from an 89 Cobra with 155psi comp and 60 psi oil with 146,000 KMS in Canada for 1200 Cdn.
