finally fixed

Problems - rough idle, surges, blows black smoke, terrible gas mileage. I replaced the fuel pressure regulator, tps, new spark plug and wires, canister purge valve. If anybody has these problems start with the fuel pressure regulator and spark plugs and wires. Check vacuum for leaks. Be careful proper tool for the proper job.
