Hey, how y'all doin? Wow, this place has really changed since I last came here. Great job Ken, it looks great! Guam is a really cool place. I have already been through a tropical storm and a typhoon (same thing as a hurricane, just in a different ocean). Gas is expensive, 2.45 a gallon, diesel - 2.41 a gallon.

Have a nice day. It's good to be back.

I had a customer worked for Mobil Oil Guam, started all his Emails with that greeeting.
