Talking The Tractors!!!!!!!!

Anyone else a fan of The Tractors????

I just recently discovered them and I love thier style of music....They have only made a few albums, but they are the kind of albums that all the songs are good on them.

My favortie songs by them are: Blue Collar Rock, Linda Lou, and of course Baby Likes to Rock It.

Let hear it from all the TRACTORS fans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thier homepage:
http://www.thetractors.com/index.php

If you go to the Albums/Lyrics page, you can preview some of there songs..

The "country" channels here play them. Not much of a fan though.

Can't stand them myself. Not very country sounding. I haven't heard them on the radio in quite a while.

I dont think they're suppose to sound country. They're kinda like the Belamy Brothers in that they have their own style and sound, yet country radio plays them. Oh, and they wear cowboy hats (that make's em real cowboys ya know )

Yep, these days it seems that if you wear a cowboy hat, country radio will play you regardless of your sound.

The Tractors based their music on a combination of Jazz, Blues, Old Rock and Roll and some Country.

Being from Tulsa, they were shooting for the Jazz and Blues first and added a little other stuff to bring it up.

Hope that helps.

PS, I like them too, they have done a few shows around Tulsa.
