what engines do the 1972 f250 come with stock?

240/300 six, and 360/390. i dont think they put 302/351 in them in 72.

They still offered the 302 in 1972 in the F100's along with the 240, 300, 360 and 390

will the cab and bed of a 74 f100 fit the chassis of a 72 f250 without fabrication?

i believe it will, but the line down the side of the truck goes the wrong way. on the 73-79 trucks this line dishes in on the 67-72 it curves outward.
