building an extended cab

i was wondering if anyone had any input, ideas, pics or how to build an extended cab truck in one of the latest 4x4 mags, i noticed there was a green dodge ram with a tadem axle and he had a nice looking extended cab that he built inside the bed but connects to the cab, please help

I need more details before I can help you out, are you starting with an extended cab or are you going to fab one out of a regular cab? want to spice up and costumize a an extended cab you already have or make a one off like no body has ever seen before,
what year vehicle are you starting with?

If you check out my gallery you can see I'm a fan of the supercabs, but I started with production extended cabs and just spiced them up a bit,

give some more info and I'll see if I can help you out,
