Newbie from SoCal
Hello, I bought a '83 F250 HD, 6.9 diesel, LB, xtra cab a while back; my first diesel. I just had a Ford reman motor dropped in it so now I have a '83 Power Stroke! It gets it's first oil change next week and hasn't used a drop yet. I've been 'lurking' since I started driving the new motor and creating a wish list of items to convince the hubby I need (once the sticker shock of the new motor wears off). This site with all the forums has provided lots of info and I look forward to learning and asking questions later.

I'm glad to see you were lurking and now have finally gotten around to posting. As you have no doubt noted, we have forums suited to nearly everyone's needs here.
