Got the '05 I Ordered
I ordered an '05 when I became fed up with the problems I was having with the '04. It came in last week and I drove it. I gave the keys right back to the salesman. First off, I would have had to take a $12,000 hit on trade in. Secondly, the problems that I have with the '04 are still evident in the '05. No visual differences except the color of the woodgrain.

Can you elaborate on exactly which problems you have with your 04? As for the 12k hit, thats to be expected. As soon as the salesman hands you the keys to your truck on the lot, expect the value to be cut in third. Its the nature of the beast.

I had/have about 16 problems. Some fixed, some not, some they say is the nature of the beast. Lets see, 3 windshields put in before finding one that's not distorted, rear end whine that was fixed with a new axle, new brakes, doors bounce when going over bumps, false readings on the backu sensors. They're all posted here over the last year. It's like beating a dead horse. But.... overall, I do really love this truck, just wish some of the problems weren't there for $38,000.
