Hey guys, i just wanted to introduce myself. I picked up a 1995 Ford F150 a few weeks ago and love it. its a 4.9, 5 speed, regular cab shortbed 2WD XLT - very nice truck! i'm from gainesville, ga (although im going to school in SC right now) but i'm familiar with all of North Ga.

any other North Georgians on this board?

Hi

I'm from Dawsonville. Come to think of it, I dont think I have posted in here yet. Im 21 marrried and lovin it. I have an 83 Ranger 2WD, 2.8 w/ duraspark conversion, 5 spd; 84 Ranger 4x4, had 2.8 auto, trying to find out what trans will bolt between 302 and transfer case. Had, 77 T-bird 302 c-4 and 78 LTD 351W C-5, parted them out. Also have 96 Ranger 2WD 2.3 5 spd 3.08 gears. Don't know what Ford was thinking when they made the 96

This Site Rocks! The best info I have found on the Web.

Sorry I haven't said Hi yet. Drive a dump truck and dont have much time to talk. That 4-6 hours of sleep starts to add up by Saturday.

ok, i admit it, i'm not perfect, I also own a 78 Dodge truck and 04 Kia Rio. Just had to get something with a warranty, i drive 54 miles each way, every day. Besides, I just couldn't bring myself to put all those miles on a ford, not for commuting anyway.

P.S.- had to get rid of the Chevy brought in by marriage. (trade-in)

Welcome to the best Ford site around!!! I live in North GA. A little city called Bowman. I'm the Ga chapter leader and am enjoying the job. Hopefully you can make it to our next meet and greet at High Falls St Park in October. The last one we had was really fun.

Welcome!

I'm nearly next-door, in Buford.

I used to do a 52 mile (one way) commute in a surplus police Crown Vic.
Cheap, comfortable, and you can scare the yuppies in their Beemers!
At surplus prices, who needs a warranty - just get two!
