05 Bumper??

i dont even think a 2003 will fit a 99, a body shop told me at one point when i was getting my fender repainted and the chrome buffed on my bumper that ford changed the way it mounted, i cant remember what year or what they did to change it but im sure it could be modified to fit.

They have also changed the radiator core support, which is a major mounting point for the grill, so I do not think they can be swapped without doing a whole front clip. Who knows, maybe someone will come out with adapter plates or something.
