What is the rubber piece that the window comes through on the top of the door when you roll it up? It is old and cracked and scratches the outside of my window when I roll it up or down. Where can I get replacements?
Also, does anyone know how to remove the very small scratches/ lines in the window from this situation?
I replaced both of them in my old '79 F150 because of the cracks and scratches, but I haven't gotten new ones for my '92 yet. Not sure if they are still available at Ford, but it's worth a call, no?
As for the scratches, Good Luck! Maybe post a thread about this over in the Body and Paint area....
