Which Exhaust system

I know this has been up here many times before, sorry fellas. I want to goto a 4" exhaust but I'm on a tight budget. The little lady will rip my nuts off if she finds out I spent $700 on a exhaust. I just want the best bang for the buck. I think I need to go with stainless because I do alot of driving on snow and ice when I go to upstate NY, thus salt. I can't go straight pipe because I'm in NJ and you can't get away with that here. Who's got a recommendation for me.

How about $441.71?

You can help support this website by buying from MotorHaven, and their exhaust price for stainless is pretty good.

Exhaust Upgrade

Check out the Bully Dog site. I replaced mine with the 3" down pipe and a 4" pipe from the cat back. Order the one with the muffler. Mine was $545 thru a local parts supplier. Also, it is a little difficult to put the 3" downpipe in due to space between the transmission and the firewall. It took some hammering, prying and beating to get it in.. Get some of the cloth pipe insulation to keep the heat down. This is also a great time to put that pyrometer in!

Here is the address: www.bullydog.com of the one I ordered for my 1997 Powerstroke. It is aluminized...Stainless is more expensive. Hope this helps.
