I have flushed my radiator multiple times bc the fluid is as brown as can be, it will clean up a bit and then turn back from green to brown, I have had to replace the water pump and basically everything but the radiator itself and tear deep inside to mess with any of that. Right now it's keeping cool, no leaks, but I am looking for suggestions, brown=possible rust and thats not good, any and all suggestions provided would be greatly appreciated, I don't know how much longer this thing might hold out

Start saving for a radiator, period. It's about toast. When I flushed my 94 2.3L at the end of last year, it was brown as all get-out, but it did clean up and it is still greenish. I was laughing as the Sear's guys kindly recommended a $60 flush that I had already performed that did the job already for a pair of Peak A/F jugs and water. That was at about 220K miles....
first of all, what kinda of water are you using? if its not deionized/distilled water, i already can see an issue. Usually tap waters gotta lot of crud in it, and can cause the rust. specially in my town where the water is 6.5ph. not much, but keep that in your system cycling for 30k km's and tell me you don't discoloration.
as for getting rid of it?man, it can be anything from the rad, the block, or the block heater in the dash. I'd flush them all with cleaner and stick with distilled water/antifreeze and cross your fingers.
