front end lowering
I want to lower my 2000 f150 just enuf to make it differnt from everyone else without puttig in a lowering kit.Can I cut my springs? or buy a new set of lowered springs,maybe 2-3 in.and still keep stockm shocks and still have it alingable. To make a long question short ,can it be done without 500+dollars for that 2-3inches?

If you can get a few of your buddies to help, you can do for about $350 + the cost of an alignment. This includes new shocks which you will need.
