Ok, Sorry about this, I'm posting for a friend. (I have a ford), but the dodge forums are ghost towns and the people on them don't know squat.
anyway, my buddy's got a 2001 Dodge Cummins. He keeps blowing the 25 amp solenoid fuse. Anyone know why this is? It doesn't happen everytime. Does this mean the solonoid is starting to go bad? Any ideas?

Thanks!
Speaking from a traditional standpoint on solenoids and just about anything fused. If it continuously blows fuses. It is either going bad, or is bad. Is there any particular thing he does that makes it blow, or is it just at random?
