Picked up new2005
Picked up my new 2005 F-250 SC,FX4 with Tow-command on 8-31-04.
I ordered it in the middle of July and it was built on 8-4-04, a Wednesday.
First impressions; The body is much tighter than my '03; the engine seems to have quite a bit more power with no hesitation when accelerating as some have said; love the new grille and bumpers that seem to be the logical
arrangemant; love the new dash and tubo boost guage; the exhaust is 3 1/2 inch now, brakes are great; ride is MUCH better; the steering is also MUCH better; the oil dip stick is now gray and much easier to read; and instead of the dreaded Continental tires I got BF Goodrich Rugged Trail tires. Don't know about fueal mileage yet. All in all a great truck and a great improvement.

hi, sounds like a real nice ride, i'm also thinking of picking up a 05 PSD here in a little bit once my truck gets sold. I like that the 05's have the front coil sprung suspension now instead of the leafs. should make for a little more articulation and less harsh ride. I haven't driven in one yet, but i drove an 04 CC on friday and loved it.
