e-350 7.3 desiel need help........

i was wondering if anyone would have any idea on how to change the primary fuel fitler on this beast and as well of is it normal for the oil pressure to be low but still running fine with now problems. also is there a reason that it would not get over 55 mph

What year is your van? Which 7.3 diesel - 7.3 normally aspirated, IDI turbo or Power Stroke?

idi turbo is the deisel that is in this bus or van what ever it would be clasified as

IDI Turbo Diesel is pre-Power Stroke, you might have better luck if you post in the pre-Power Stroke forum. Sorry but I am not familiar with that engine.
