Diablo 2 Stage chip
Hello All...this is my first post so please be patient with me. I just purchased a Diablo Chip from Motorhaven and have a couple questions. First off, I have an 03 F150 Triton 4.6 in my XLT with the off road package. I ordered the Diablo 2 stage chip in hopes of gaining a little more performance. Can I really expect to gain 15 HP and 20+ lbs of torque using 91 to 93 octane fuel with this motor?
My next question is how in the heck do I get the passenger side kick panel off without ruining it? I have tried to remove it by some what forcefully pulling and lifting up on it but with no success and I'm afraid of breaking something. When the chip arrives Im going to need to remove the panel and as of now I'm stumped! Can any of you guys help me out here? Sure would appreciate it!

Yes, you do need to remove the kick panel. Just pull it. Its not bolted in. Held in simply with a plastic **** near the firewall. Just grab the panel by the edge near the firewall and pull it away and it will just pop out.
