Talking Check and replace...

Would just like to state that my mystery miss was fixed due to a faulty (broke into three pieces) ignition switch. That let me down, of course, in the middle of a school intersection(expletives deleted). Replaced switch, smooth as a top.

Good job. Did you fix it yourself or have to have a mechanic look at it?

I replaced it myself. It was really easy to do, you just have to take the instrument panel trim out and drop the steering column to get to it. I needed an excuse to get a Hayne's manual anyway. On a lighter note, the girl and I went grocery shopping today. We use a large plastic tub to carry everything home. I was undoing the bungee cords to get it loose, and one slipped. Flew right through the back window. I now have a trash bag taped on w/ chrome duct tape. Ahhh, chrome duct tape!
