'72 - '79 column wiring??

'72 - '79 column wiring??
I've got a cross reference wiring 'diagram' for using the '79 column in a '67 but mine is a '72. My understanding is that the '67 and '72 do not match. Can anyone help me with the correct diagram/reference for the '72 to '79??

I have used a 1977 column in a 70 and wiring codes were the same BUT, with hazard flashers on dash in 70 and column in 77, You must leave flasher button in 77 column pushed in or signals won't work. I found this out after quite while with the test lite/ohmeter. 79 column looks same except for smaller wheel,
