I am installing the BD Autoloc, the instructions are vague. Does anyone know what is the VSS and the location in a 97 PSD, and the color of wire going to it from the PCM.
Any help would be helpfull.

Here's something that just amazed me. I was looking for a new VSS for my 97. Tried Checker(schucks, kragen) $43, special order. Autozone $30 dollars, in stock. Get this, Ford parts dept, $20.80. I was absolutely amazed that Ford was cheaper than the "discount" auto parts stores. This really has nothing to do with this thread buy I just had to pass it on to someone. Tried telling my wife, all she heard was 
. Anyway I don't know the colors either. If noone else has posted by this evening I will look at them and let you know.
