Ford sells them. I don`t know if you can get them aftermarket or not. While you are at it, change the gear on your cable at the same time. I just bought some in August and the one for the transfer case was $27.00 and the driven gear was $6.00. Make sure you get the same tooth count on both, don`t worry about the colors. There are also different gears used for the fixed yoke transfer cases and the slip yoke transfer cases. Take your old ones with you.

Thats actually the one I need, the one in the cable. Does it hurt anything if the one in the cable has broken off and gone down into the housing?
I`d check the drive gear too while I was at it. A mirror and a flashlight will work. I have generally seen both gears wear at about the same rate. Also, if you put a new gear on a worn gear, they will both get chewed up at an accelerated rate. It`s pretty easy to change. There is a small recess that your driven gear could have fell down into when it broke. If it did, you can probably get it out. I can`t give you a competent answer on whether or not it will hurt anything to leave it in there, though I personally don`t see that it will, but that just my opinion. You may also find it, or parts of it, when you pull the tailhousing to change the drive gear. Piece of cake. Good luck.
