motorhaven doesn't reply to emails

motorhaven doesn't reply to emails

Hi Ken, I sent 2 emails to motorhaven asking to cancel my order for a diablo chip but they haven't replied and the order status still says "queued".

I just thought I'd post here too.

On their site, they have a live tech support button, somtiemes it says "off line" and you can leave a message, which is what i did, and got an immediate reply, I then replied to that email, and got another immediate reply. So they were really on the ball with me. Is it possible you have the wrong email?

Okay... found it. You contacted Motorhaven, through the contact page on the site, last night at 10:30 pm EST. I find no other cancelation notes. Motorhaven gets dozens of emails each day so it can take 24-48 hours to respond to an email.

Your chip was already burned and charged. The order is now canceled. Please be aware when dealing with merchants (not just us) that it costs time and money even on canceled orders (there are fees to process a charge and credit on a card, plus the time involved in packing, etc.).

FYI, the instant contact link is temporarily down. It was showing up on the checkout page and causing false browser security warnings. We're hoping to have

I updated my profile on here. The order number is #3837 at motorhaven.

Call me blind cause I don't see a live update button.

By the way, not complaining or anything but I hadn't heard anything from motorhaven about the chip when I placed the order. The order status just said "Queued". I was expecting to get a reply with information wether they had it in stock or not and shipping times, ie: a day or two. Call me fussy. Anyway, sorry for the inconvenience.

****, way to make a guy feel bad......I originally ordered the 2 stage chip with the 87octane program. I'd still be interested in the chip but without the 87 octane program. If it is ready it should only take a few days to get here.

FYI, the instant contact link is temporarily down. The Motorhaven store always says "queued". It is not tied to the back system (because its behind a firewall on a different network).

I can't guarantee delivery days, sometimes customs lets a package through the same day, on rare occasions they hold it up for a week or more. Since you changed your mind about what program you want, we have to burn it again. Are you 100% sure of your decision now? The reason I ask is I don't want to burn it a second time, pay money to run the card a second time and pay a person to pack it again only to have changes made again.

Ship the chip Ken. Credit card's already been charged. The reason I got cold feet is because I hadn't heard anything back from motorhaven i.e.: confirmation and shipping times. I have already been charged $212.99 US so I assume you already changed the order to not include the 87 octane program. I can add that one at a later date If I want.

Yes I am sure, 2 stage diablo delta chip for gas engines. box code is BEN0

Let me know when it ships so I can wait anxiously by the mail box.

It was shipped at the same time it was charged. Please try handle MotorHaven order issues directly though the MotorHaven site.... because I have 2-3 people on any given day working for me handling customer support. I handle the tech side of things.
