Where can I find...

I am trying to find some parts for my '99 SOHC:

Axle nut (repair manual says they are "torque-once")
Electronic Vacuum Regulator
Lights Out Module

I have tried Pep Boys, Checker, AutoZone, rockauto.com, and fordpartscheap.com. They/I cannot find a listing for any of these parts or say it is a dealer item. Is the Ford dealer my only option?

Last two are probally oem only. Check dealer, and bring deep pockets.
