Bronco T-case

Will an 85 bronco with an auto's t-case bolt up
behind my F150's 4sp w/granny?
How hard and expensive would it be to put a shifter fork in my transfer case that is in my truck?

Well, you didn't say what transmission is in the Bronco. There were two different four speed granny boxes that went in both.

Also, I'm not sure what you mean by shifter fork.

yes you can swap in any fullsize ford tcase that you desire. You will need to disassemble the case to remove the fork, shouldnt be that hard...just the cost of the fork and seals.

if i just decide to put a shifter fork in my F150 with a T18 208 combo instead of getting one from a bronco.
Would there be lots of little pieces flying around like pins etc.?
Could i just remove the back cover while it's in the truck?
