Another New Guy
Hello! I ran across this site yesterday while trying to get some basic info on my truck and I'm really impressed. I learned more about my truck reading this site than I've learned about it in 5 years of ownership.
This is my first Ford (my first American truck actually) and I'll never go back to Imports!
I have a 1999 F-150 4x2 4.6L V-8 with 63,000 miles on it. I've read just a bit of bashing on here regarding reliability etc.. My experience with this truck has been awesome. Plenty of power for a light duty truck, great creature comforts, and it runs like the day it was new (knocking on wood).
I'm planning on driving this thing until the earth swallows it
