The only way I can figure is to take a tape measure and get the distance between your shock mounts, total outside distance, also at the point were the u bolts go. Use a note pad and then check it against the one in your truck. I'm willing to bet that if it won't fit it can be made to though.
I believe that your F-150 uses 3 inch wide springs, the same as on the F-350. The springs from the F-350 should fit your F-150.
Before starting this project, as suggested by Chiefrider007, get a tape measure and make sure to spring length and width are the same. To do the change-out, plan on replacing the spring eye bolts and the spring U-bolts since the originals are probably *very* rusty. I'd get the F-350 springs, replace the eye bushings, get all the bolts and nuts you need before unbolting the springs in your F-150.
