Trans all fixed
I just got my truck back, the trans wasn't blown after all. They said they had to reflash the pcm for the tranny with the most recent updates. Apparently it monitors your driving and constantly adjust the tranny accordingly. It must have crapped itself so the transmission was lost with out it. I guess its like your hard drive crashing. I hope this doesnt become a reoccuring problem.
