erratic idle
hi guys
i have a 93 areostar with the 3.0 litre v 6 . the problem is it idles fast and slow fast and slow fast and slow when first started in the morning . had tune up 6000 miles ago. it is normal after about one minute of running and wont do it again tiil next morning. any ideas would be a good help

erratic idle
I recently had the same problem. Turned later into a stalling engine. Changed the idle air valve (incidently, I had one on stock so I thought I'd give it a shot), this cured the problem. Did you check your system error codes?
