1986 Bed Adjustment
Hi All: I have just joined your forum, I have 1986 ext cab with an 8 foot bed, Q _ how do i make adjustments to it, as the truck was hit in the side, and it looks like just the bed has moved to the right. many thanks for replies. andy g

I just switched the box on my 84 the 8 bolts holding the box down have lots of play ( for alignment). Assuming nothing is bent loosen them all off and adjust to your cab for looks and retighten. Getting the old bolts out and loose is sometimes easier said than done. and welcome to the forum

thanks a lot, had to undo all the bolts, i suspect the chassis may be bent, i'll have to get a good workshop manual, and find out the dimension etc. its fun working in the heat (not) thanks again. andy g
