where is it on a 95 F150?.......

I can't exactly remember, but I believe its on the passenger side under the dash, kick panel area.

Close... driver's side firewall inside the cab. It has a button on top, it's usually black and about the size of a half of a roll of quarters.

above the clutch pedal. 2" square box, reset button on top. what are trying to do??
