highly doubt it. Different body styles, don't know if the bed dimensions are the same. But on a good note anything from I believe 80-96 (also the 97 F350 and F250HD) will fit.

Cabs are higher on the newer trucks, and from what I understand the bed rails taper from front to back. I would also do as mjwhip suggested and look for one from an '80-'96/'97.
It will not fit properly. I just saw a post not long ago where someone had one from a 96 on a 2001 and you can see the differnce. He had it on just for a weekend trip so it served the purpose, but I wouldn't use it for an everyday cap. just my .02
I have a camper shell on my 2000 SD that came off of a '97 (older body style) so maybe the reverse setup (what you're looking for) might fit? I have some pics of it in my gallery, not sure you'll be able to tell the difference though. What I have fits good enough for me and keeps the elements out. The older bed rails are straight as opposed to the newer style that taper off in the back, but it bolts down and seals up good enough for me. Just my .02 cents.
