Unhappy Transmission Help Fast

Ok i have a 95 150 with a 300 4.9 m5od. the fingers on the pressure plate bent in, probably from clutch debris ive seen it happen at work, and now im tryin to change my clutch, the only problem is i unbolted everything and the tranni wont budge. is there some kind of trick because ive been trying since friday and tis now sudnay and i need my truck for work on monday and i start college on tuesday so its kinda important. if anyone knows anything let me know please. i supported the engine so its not that all the weight is on the input shaft the slave is disconnected, all the bolts are out, i quadruple checked, shifters out, it doesnt like have to be in a certain gear does it cuase in the chilton it says is should just pull out, the crossmember is out, the transmission is in neutral .i really have no idea so please if u read this leave me some advice other wise im gonna have to put it back together and grind every gear.

Nick

I've had to take a come-a-long and pull the tranny backwards in a couple of my trucks.
just make sure that you have something under the tranny b4 you start pulling!
hook one end to the output shaft and the other to the rear on a crossmember or something. it shouldn't take a whole lot of effort with this!
