Spray some penetrating oil around the hub where the rotor fits. Some jarring with a hammer by striking between the wheel studs should get it loose. You'll then have to remove the caliper mount to completely remove the rotor from the hub. Hope this helps.

I just did mine not too long ago.. if it's anything like my 01 F350 Dually.. You have to pull the axles and then remove the hub nut off the rear spindle. to get the hub and rotor off in one piece.. then you need to split the 2 by removing the internal bold holding them together by the Ebrake Drum.. (Which is part of the Disc if you have them in the rear..

I finally got around to putting my ART rotors and pads on teh back yesterday and I ran into the same problem. I just took a hammer and gave the rotor a few good wacks after spraying PB Blaster around the hub and letting it sit for about 5 minutes. Took a few goot hits (be careful) but it worked. The truck stops a ton better now as well.
