help programing my tuner

i would just like someone to help me with this question read the instructions on how to program the performance tune but what about the tire size and all that gear stuff i just want to go faster.....do i need to program all the other stuff as well it seems easy enough but i am not mechanically inclined to do any of that stuff

Please read the manual a few more times.
I think there is a setting to leave tires and gear at " stock"If you have not changed the tires or axle gears.
