Look for damaged wiring in the rear. If it blows right away, I would find a plug in the back harness and unplug it, and then see if the fuse blows. This might narrow the bad wiring down a little bit.
The back-up switch is usually located on the side of the tranny, so look for any wiring under there that may be laying against the exhaust, or rubbed through where it comes up the back of the engine and through the firewall.
