I find Edmunds to be fairly accurate +/- about $250 either way.... if you are looking at an under $15,000 vehicle then the dealer may have something added in...
But with most of the $40K to $50K+ vehicles the % differences are not really significant and simply could be caused by differences in configuration of option codes and real time price changes. Edmunds is not always up to date on option codes and pricing.... ARRG and usually, neither is Ford!

I just spoke to another dealer that assured me of what the invoice price was. They said they would show it to me, and that number matches the carsdirect.com exactly.
