need leaf spring code decoded

i have a 86 wannabee f250 .the rear spring code is b6.this truck has a lightweight dana 61 rear axle.i dont want to overload the rear springs.

I posted the spring code info on one of your other threads. Further, I don't think you have a Dana axle - your truck should have a Ford 10.25".

I agree, it sounds like it should have a 10.25" semi-float. The 10.25" axle has 12 rear cover bolts. The Dana axles have 10 bolts. Most Dana rear axles are full-float, but there are some exceptions.
